Builder asking more money for aggrement to sale.

I am have booked a plot with  bungalow in 2009 by paying the booking amount of 25 % by cheque,I even got the guidelines and rule and regulations and total costing at that time. eventully the builder didnt start the work of bungalow scheme still may 2013.nor he demanded any money from me .by april 2014 i approached the builder for aggrement of the said unit. But he refused to do the same at the price of 2009,which i justified him that it was his fault that he not even to bothered to dig a pit on the plot.at present the work is towards completion but builder is asking double the aggred cost .Pl help me out in advice how to tackle this problem legally.

Show the document of agreement to a local lawyer for analysing and guide you properly.

Dear, Let the builder complete the construction, keep delaying him regarding the money. And don't say no for giving money bcpz if say no he will stop. When your will be completed then let the builder recover money from you( when he fan never legally recover). Adv kapil chandna, 9899011450

If you are not interested in the plot anymore, you can demand the return of  money given to him as advance or based on the oral agreement, you can file a complaint with the consumer forum for  deficiency of service and compensation.
