I am nri - i booked and paid officially thru bank checks for a new construction in New Mumbai, the building was just half completed (my booking was on the upper floors - which were never done) the builder has gone underground. I would be thankful for suggestions on how to resolve this issue, the builder is no longer available at the office n residence address, so even court notice cannot be served. Looking for a law firm who can provide full package service to track this builder and file case for recovery.
