break off marriage after engagement

Dear sir/madam,
Break off marriage after engagement due to not mutual consent of Boy .from girls side they filed the case under doury prevention act 1961 section 3 & 4.
kindly suggest how to get rid off falsy case. while boy straightly denying to get marriage after engagement.and boy never ever seen the girl before engagement. pls suggest best option .
