Boundaries

In telangana, If registration done with link document in as pahani.since pahani don't contains boundaries/measurements.at time of  registration  boundaries given on assumption and all sides of boundariesare open plots. In this case will boundaries hav importance. Can we change boundaries with out sign of seller
