bounce cheque of rent.

   A public sector corp.has leased out kiosk to licensee who paid monthly rent through cheque after presentation in bank it bounced by the payer's bankdue to insufficient fund in  account whether corp can sue case u/s 138 N.I.Act

whynot   corp can sue case u/s 138 N.I.Act because the cheque is bounced
