A.P Excise Act 34(a)
In our farm house in Andhra pradesh police raided and book under case 34 (A) along with Sec 3 & 4 of a.p. gaming act for the following.
We 20 friends booked police under 34(A)of A.P.Excise act for four empty Royal stag bottles of 750 ml, two empty king fisher beer bottles, one empty full chivas regal bottle along with cool drinks.
They have seized 5 vehicles, Cash 29030/- and mobiles.
Now the Mejitrate after 35 days seizure of property transfered to Deputy Commissioner, a.p.excise.
Now the question what is allowable liquor per person or any rules for drinking at farms house.
Why the megistrate especially sent the same to D.C. Excise.
Drinking is over and all bottles are empty and after purchasing drink and drink at our farm house is there any rules. Please inform. how to get the property from court.
Is it a genuine case after purchased and taken liquor at farm house for above quantity. We are thinking that police harrasing us putting a false case. Please advice.
