BOOKED Falsely under Pocso Act

My brother is booked under Pocso act in Baramullah Jammu and Kashmir.
He has not done anything and the even the Victim didn't recognised the Accused.
If anyone has any legal advice and ready to work as probono basis.. Please help.

The family is very poor and have sold all gold of their. Lawyer is asking way too much..
