Bonus not paid

my company is not paid bonus for me alone this year due to rating criteria. they have given false rating criteria and saying not eligible for bonus I was comes under ctc here no unions to say this corporate -statutory bonus paid yearly bonus they not given and increment are in hold

First, make sure as to whether that is a bonus under the act or exgratia and as to whether there is an appeal proceeding with appellate authority over the superior that has given a bad rating. If there is no such appeal policy then it is against principles of natural justice, as AA should give opportunity of personal hearing before accepting the recommend bad rating.
