Can you please clarify following ?
(1) Is bonus not mandatory, if salary ( Basic + DA) is more than Rs.10,000 . per month ?
(2) If an employee's salary ( basic + DA ) is 7,000 PM and he earned Rs. 60,000 in last 12 months. At the rate of 8.33% , how much bonus will be payable ? Can you please explain calculation .
(3) Can a company add 8.33% bonus in CTC ?
