Bonus is payable out of the available surplus. In case of loss minimum 8.33% should be paid

It is no more a new company.
It has to pay Bonus from 6th year: Min.8.33%.
It should pay 6th year, 7th year Bonus within 30th Nov to avoid penalty/punishment.
