bonus

please  tell me if an employee has basic less then 3500 then what would would be the bonus amount and how can we calculate?

There are two types og bonus we give to employess maximum and minmum bonus ,we can give one month basic salary to him as bonus i.e 8.33 % of basic salary . Regs, Gauri
