Bond breakage

I joined 'xxx' organisation with bond of 2 years, but due to family financial situation i have moved to another organisation. After completing 1 month of training i resigned my job from that 'xxx' organisation by giving medical certificateby saying health problem as a reason. I signed bond of 2 years worth of 2,00,000. Nearly  3 months after resigning my job, that organisation sent me a letter saying to pay 2,00,000 and  asked to meet them within 24 hoursTthey have sent letter stating that Legal action will be taken if i couldn't meet them. But i didn't  meet them. Can you suggest me what to do in this situation.?

You reply to the legal notice saying that illegality of Rs.2.00 lakh bond.  If they file court case, contest it.

This letter is what I call "legal notice".  It is a legal notice for all practical purposes.   Hence, reply to this letter/legal notice clarifying your position.
