Hi,
With regards to the Bombay Shops & Establishments Act pls can someone confirm the following:
- An employee cannot work for more than 6 continuous days i.e. the 7th day has to be an off....
- What if in week 1 the off is on Monday & in Week 2 the off is on Saturday of that week.....is this permissible?
- What are maximim no of hours for overtime & any other specific compliance requirement with regards to OT?
