I get below 2 errors while accessing Bombay High Court website from overseas, does anyone know how to get around this? It is worse to deal with such issues in Digital age. It has been the case since past couple of years, occassionally it works.

Descripttion: internal error - server connection terminated"
OR
"This site can’t be reached bombayhighcourt.nic.in refused to connect. Search Google for bombayhighcourt nic case query action ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
