Boarding School

Dear Members,

I need your valued opinion.Please help.Urgent.

I got MCD from my ex 3 yrs back.In one of the clause it was mentioned that my child would be sent to good boarding school when he would be 5yrs old.My child is studing in reputed school..doing good by God's grace.

My ex filed petition for the same 3 yrs back just after MCD.The case is still pending.2 times hearing over...but again judge is asking for hearing.judge even had a talk with my child in closed chamber.

Now my child is 6+ yrs old.He is unwilling to go to boarding school.He want to be with me.He is the only solace in my life.Nor my ex sends any monetary relief for his school admission ,fees etc.He just sends Rs.3500/= for monthly expenditure for him.

Now can you Please give me citation or how to deal with the problem(I know what blunder i did).Urgent.

I feeling bad for the innocent child who have to face all this. Marital strife often leads to divorce and this had very bad impact on health of a child (physical as well as emotional).
