The Secretary of my Society managed to get False Certification from Structural Engg (BMC Approved) that I have done structural damage to my building. Earlier it was my word (and my Strcutural engg stating that I can carry out the work) against his. Now I have RTI drawings of my building. What should be my next step ?

How about complaint to BMC / Police. Wherein they do the needful and I save on my resources.

Has anybody heard of two resolurions being passed by a company at the same time,date, place and SAME SUBJECT and submitted them to court as genuine.
