Blank cheque

sir

                    notice from accused

in a criminal case of blank cheque , i had issued notice to complaintant --not to misuse of blank cheque.it was well served before case application of complaintant.

i heard that in a similar case , high court had declined the suit because complaintant did not mention detail of notice received -in plaint.

pl mention such case where court quashed case on non disclosure of earlier notice received in blank cheque

What is the meaning of your notice ? You issued a blank cheque and after that you send a letter to holder not to present the cheque, everyone can do this.

What the High Court  stated in the earlier order is that a notice isrequired to institute the case and complainant instituted the case without giving details about the dishonor notice in his complaint. Your notice and this notice, both are different.
