Your problem is not of legal nature.  It is problem related to interpersonal relationships with your higherups.  It is true in our country the bosses are rude they do not know how to manage people working under them and get their work done through subordinates by enthusing them, motivating them.  They have need for power and their position gives them arrogance to behave with subordinates like the way you mentioned. 

One thing that you must swallow is you have to work with higherups.  Whatever position you may achieve you will always have someone above you. 

In loans department there may be corruption and laxity because they expect that people do favors to them in order that they sanction their loan proposals.  Try general banking.  Or some other dull department like Recovery and Legal or Audit and Inspection.  There you will have an atmosphere of government departments.

Sudhir sir I agree, may be i am disturbed, that is why not clear in stating the query, I do not know my rights itself because of which i am not able to diffrentiate between them. Further I take a dip here. Will collect myself and read about my rights. and come back again.

you are not the first person to be appointed on this position without detailed experience.  People of yhour age and qualification get apointed as SI in police and even solve murder cases. People of your age get appointed as DM /ADM and control a district.
