Keeping & Earning Black money itself is Criminal Offence.

If you pay the tax against it, it may get converted to White... But what about that Crimes commited by those Criminals, by earning & hiding Black money ??

If a Murderer commit a Murder and then give Birth to a child, will he be forgivien for the Murder he had already commited ?.
