My brother and I have submitted papers for mutation through a lawyer, the lawyer is now blackmailing my brother that my brother has forged my signature and he will complaint in DDA to take legal action.
or we pay him 50k and he will return those papers to us.
I had a injury in my thumb that is why signature do not match even on the same page, so what how can a third party file a claim against my brother that you have forged signature.
does this makes any sense, Please suggest
the lawyer has no right to file complaint since his right is not violated here. forging the signature of your brother may violate the right of your brother but certainly not the right of that lawyer.
don't be afraid. just file an FIR in police station of blackmailing and threat the lawyer back telling that you will complain to the bar association of professional misconduct if he does not return your papers.
