girl married to boy out of the said wedlock child is born. thereafter both take mutual consent divorce. custody of child is permanently given to girl. Thereafter, girl remarries B
1.whether B can insert his name in the birth certificate of child
2. if yes than what should be the procedure.
3. Whether the name of the natural father can be deleted from the birth certificate

name of the father cannot be deleted in birth certificate;
if required what you can do is:
1) to file a case under Birth & Death Registration act in court to delete the name of natural father, and to state new name - first confirm with your senior on this step.
2) to apply in Gazette for change in name of father.
This are the possible steps which may help you - kindly confirm with your seniors accordingly.
