How i can get the birth certificate in tamilnadu at the age of 30.?Since i have home born i dont have registered in at that time.
i have all the documents like Passport,Aadhar card,voter id ,school & college cert etc.
Could anyone please advise on the procedure.?

1. Apply to the Gram Panchayat office (Gram Sevak) and show ANY proof of your parents living there and request for Birth Certificate, supported by your notarized Affidavit and two other local witnesses affidavit.
2. The Gram Panchayat Office would issue you the Birth Certificate, for your purposes.
