Birth certificate

Dear all

Please help me out in this regard.

I want to apply PAN for my mother, she doesn't have any proof for DOB, so i need to get affidavit from magistrate.Now my doubt is that to whom i have contact for this? how long this process will take it?

 First contact local lawyer then You may prepare an affidavit, get it notarized and thereafter, go to your sub Divisional Magistrate, and get it  attested.
