Hi,
I have sold my bike to one person two months back. Till now he did not change ownership to his name. When i demand for transfer of ownership he is just extending by week, but till now bike is on my name.
Could please let me know how to handle this situation ? i am planning to purchase new vehicle.

Dear Friend,
Complete the forms for transfer and deposit it to the RTO authorities yourself. Keep the copy as your record.

file a written FIR through Registered Ack. POST against him and give a copy of FIR to him.

If the bike is involved in acccident or any other crime you are squarely responsible and none will listen to you. You have to given him a notice and consult a lawyer of your area.
