If the lady is non-complaining + She decideds to defend her BF in difficult times................no charges can effectively damage lady n her love.................laws are like that

Moot point is that everybody in different cases has a chance to escape through the loopholes of the law.

Neither husband wife should do this, but many do it and thus matrimonial crimes are rising.

Mr.Rajiv..well said..that laws are like that. It's hard to prove Adultary as the person would have awareness of what she/he is doing. There are very few people who commits mistakes mistakenly.

Ranee...It's a millilon dollar question ...This is a society that expects all women to be sita...and men can be Raavans. I don't wanna point out that again....but it's needed.

Least she will not be allowed alimony but then some adventurous HC's have recently given alimony to adulterous metro woman so times are catching up and it could be well argued in favor that today metro women are rediscovering kama.
