how to prove bigamy in court?if not prove then what?which proofs should be required?

Give complete details of second marriage in the complaint. The photographs of the marriage, if marriage card is there - that, priest who solemnized marriage and two to three witnesses attended the marriage.

Proving bigamy or poliyandary is so hard it take yrs .so they do it.if they registered marriage certificate entry in ration card ,address,aadhar care of child is born it's paternity maternity certificate etc it goes on
