BIFR has restrained Company for making payments to unsecured Creditors as per one Labour union case regd with BIFR. As we being unsecured Creditors of HUGE amount can we appeal to BIFR to consider our case. We have got PDC for the outstandings amounts dated 30.10.12. How to approach BIFR as after 3 months period the validity of the Chqs will be NIL. Kindly guide.

we have been discounting the Invoices of the company for which company use to give us PDC for the amount for varing periods.
As for formal information regarding the restrain imposed The Company has informed us by Regd AD letter not to deposit the Balance PDC dated 30.9.2012 with us in Bank as BIFR has restrained company not to make payment to Unsecured Creditors.
