BTAL Act is Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act. There was no summons by the Tenants who filed the case. No Plaint was sent, no intimations was sent. But the delay has not been condoned by the Quasi Judicial court as well as the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal at Fort. So now a Writ Petition has been filed for condonation of delay.
