Yes. I agree with Mr. V.R.Shroff Sr. Advocate. The bank's loan is hopelessly time barred (beyond 3 years) against you as guarantor and the bank cannot take any legal action if you have not signed any acknowledgment of debt in favour of the bank at any time after death of the principal borrower.
