What are the advantages of getting Notice Bail prior to arrest if one is anticipating false 498a case

U can get your defence plan ready if u get advance notice for arrest before anticipatory bail.

I have 72 hrs Notice Bail, Does that means Whatever I have to do, I have to do in those 72 hours? How about if Holidays come inbetween?
