Bayana nama on stamp paper rs 10/- is valid

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the validity of a 'Bayana Nama' (agreement to sell) executed on a Rs. 10 stamp paper with a two-year validity. Participants question whether this document is legally binding, especially without notarisation. The consensus is that it's generally valid unless proven fraudulent, but seeking advice from a local advocate is strongly recommended to confirm its legal standing and address any concerns about the stamp paper's origin and validity period.

Hello,

It is valid unless it is proved to as forged, bogus and fabricated. Where you get Rs. 10/- stamp paper? Show you document to local advocate and consult with him.
