i AM DEFENDING MAINTENACE CASE AT INDORE FAMILY COURT AND THE CASE IS BEING REPRESENTED BY ME IN PERSON . The opposite side lawyer is raising unnecessary applications saying that I cannot give by plaeding in English citing that my wife does'nt know English. My wife is well educated in ENglish medium at college and her lawyer has defended cases in High court in English.
Request the learned members to guide me and if any citation is available in this respect then help may please be provided , the lawyer is delaying the matter by filing application under Rule 8 (A -8B ) MP civil court act read with section 151 CPC.
