Bar council telangana and sbi challan

Dear Experts, Kindly advise this. I paid SBI challan 5000 rs for resumption process in favor of bar council telangana. The challan is not subitted to them as I did not have all documents to submit. Can I ask them to refund 5000 rupeees back. Do bar council obligue refunds. How easy or tought it is to get refund of unused SBI Challans

Why do feel shy to approach your Bar Council before posting such a question to the experts on this platform who may or may not be from Telengana ?

You may have to approach the bar council for remedy and not this website, you will come to know the procedures once you approach them.
