One reputed law college which is affilated to the bar council of India is conducting certificate courses in law related topics like how to file PIL certificate course in labour law, consumer law, protection of children from s*xual offences etc etc,,,, without any approval of bar council of India........
mu question is......
1) can such college conduct those courses without any approval from bar council of india ??????

Can you tell me the eligibility criteria for undertaking these certificate courses...
