I cant apply for convocation as I lost my provisional certificate. I only know i passed AIBE but dot not have marks copy as it was on email somewhere. What is the way out. can any experr advocate guide me

Quick Summary
This discussion is about a law graduate from 2017 who hasn't received their Bar Council of India (BCI) Certificate. They are facing difficulties obtaining necessary documents like AIBE marks and degree convocation details from their university, having lost their provisional certificate. The advice given suggests contacting the university registrar for duplicate certificates and clarifying the process, as the BCI Certificate is linked to passing the AIBE exam.

You may contact the college /university concerned.

Without AIBE certificate, how can the BCI issue the BCI certificate?  Consult the Registrar of the University.

You may have to apply for duplicate certificates from the University concerned if you intend to get enrolled in the bar council as an advocate
