Bar Association Membership

An Advocate can the member of two Bar Associations in same district viz. Taluka Bar Association & District Court Bar Association?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an advocate can be a member of two Bar Associations within the same district, specifically a Taluka Bar Association and a District Court Bar Association. The consensus is that there is no legal impediment to joining both simultaneously. However, it's advised to check with the main bar association regarding welfare benefits, as claiming them from both may not be possible.

There's no legal infirmity in it.

He can become a member of both the bar associations simultaneously
