I have participated in a Govt Bank Auction of a NPA property land and have fulfilled the required payment and procedures to be declared as succesful bidder.
Bank has issued me Sale certificate but has not yet registered the same. Bank mentioned symbolic possesion in the sale certificate and have not yet got the physical possesion of the property as it is let-out for tenants.
I have been waiting since March 07 2012 to get the property registered but the bank requests me to do the need ful to vacate the property and they also filed SECTION 14 for physical possession on thier behalf.
I need ur views on how much it will take for Section 14 procedure to be complete and also what can i do to get the returns on my money that is been deposited in the Bank account's for purchasing the property.
Mean while the Bank Loan Defaulter has approached the bank to allow him repay the Loan due for which the bank denied.
Kindly suggest the various possiblities.
