Bank is not paying Loan instalment to builder

i have taken loan from bank for new house 🏡 purchased. there is conflict between builder and bank. Bank has stopped paying instalment to builder. Now builder is demanding respected amount to me. My EMI is very regular to bank. Now builder has send final demand letter to me..please how to take action on bank ??
i suppose to get house possesion in Dec 19 but till date not given..

What is the reason for the Bank to refuse payments? Has there been a breach of the conditions while sanctioning the loan?

Hello,

You may file a written complainant with the bank and also intimate the banking ombudsman to report the lag. Also since the possession isnt provided, please refer to your agreement and check the possession and also file a complaint with RERA.

Hello,

Your bank is not paying the installment to builder and at the same time builder has also not handed over possession to you. So i will suggest you to send legal notice to both of them.
