I reported a cyber crime and bank customer care and blocked the Citibank debit card.
After 1 day amount has been debited from the account and bank responded that amount has been deducted as per Phone IVR.
Please let me know if I can file a complaint on bank for the irrespnsibility.
Before filing a case just made a plain application with receive copy to the bank rtegard your case.
Then complaint to RBI (not to police) with details of transaction and bank behaviour that they are not supportive.RBI will help you.
