Bank account set to no debit on request by cyber cell

@Vivek H Bedarker - you have raised some valid points about potential security threats in wallets but Cyber cell is causing unecessary harrasment to me. i am still waiting for a written notice till now i dont know where should i go as neither bank or cyber cell has contacted me yet officially or unofficially. I am feeling helpless.
