SIR, MY UNCLE IS RUNNING OUR JOINT BUSINESS. FOUR OTHER PARTNERS. HE IS PARKING ALL THE MONEY IN A SEPARATE BANK ACCOUNT. SHOWING BUSINESS IN LOSS INSPITE F PROFIT. I WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANY WAY TO ACCESS THOSE ACCOUNTS AND GET THE STATEMENT SO THAT I CAN PROVE THE MISUSE OF THE MONEY .PLZ SUGGEST.

Bank will not disclose the details of the bank accounts.

Our Joint Business Means what ? Are you one of the Partner ?
Separate Accounts means what ? Whether it is his personal Account or by the name of the Company ?
If the account is in the name of the company and you to be one of the partner as per the Memorandum/Article of Association, you have the right to get the information from the Bank through RTI.
If I am wrong please correct me.
