I am planning to buy a resale site a BMRDA approved layout. This site is one of the unreleased sites from BMRDA. It does not have release order from BMRDA. As per the rule it seems, this site cannot be registered, but the owner of this site has got it registered from the developer. The developer is saying within 2 months he will get the release order. Is it OK to go ahead and buy and register this site? Please answer.
