Can we download it online from site?
Also FIR registered copy mandatory for quashing 498A or xerox copy of 498A will work?

apply certified copy in concern court copying cell in proper way i.e.- with an application and required stamp !

To the best of my knowledge only in Delhi the daily orders of district courts are available online. Rest all places, you would have to apply for certified copy of the bail orders, unless the court has ordered "dasti" orders.
