it can be said that the following factors to be considered for the grant of bail are:-

The gravity of the charge
The nature of the accusation
The nature of the evidence in support of the conviction
The length of the trial
The danger of witnesses being tampered with
The nature and circumstances in which the offence is committed
The health, age, and s*x of the accused
