FIR filed in Jan-2011
Till Today nothing has happened in this matter. Summons not sent to Petitioner for evidence.
Charge sheet already filed.
All accused on bail.
Bail condition is to surrender passports and take permission from court before travelling out of India.
I have decided to file cost to order u/s 35(B) CPC for delay.
What else needs to be done?
I have also thought of putting an application for Bailable warrant against petitioner.
Are these steps correct?
I want to apply for bail modification so that passports are released and travel restriction removed.
What is opinion about our learned members?
A sample format for bail modification u/s will be very helpful?
