My wife has filed a fake case of section 498 against me and my other 12 family nembers the fact is out of 12 only 4 members live in my house other 6 are my uncles and aunts we are living separately sincce last 30 years other two are my sister and her husband they are in USA since my marriage. This is a really horrible provision of law to writing names of anybody as per her desire she can write name of whole district. Before this case was filed I already have filed a divorce petition at our court after reading that summons she have filed all these fake cases. Me and my family has received interim bail. I want advise on the following grounds-
1 Will I get the final bail
2 How can I remove names of my relatives from the case?
3 If I prove that cases filed by my wife are fake as she dont have any evidence because the incidence mentiioned in the FIR never took place will she be punished by the court and if yes under which law or section?
