Bail condition police station in corona lockdown

Dear sirs. Is there any relaxation for monthly Police station attendence as bail condition due to lockdown Corona virus. If some missed attendence, what will be the penalty.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about attending police station bail conditions during the coronavirus lockdown. It suggests that missed attendances may not violate bail due to court closures, but advises contacting the Investigating Officer (IO) to explain the situation. Participants share experiences of informing the IO via WhatsApp and sending supporting documents like air tickets, and discuss the implications of extended lockdowns on monthly attendances.

hello brother,
as due to lockdown even courts are not working, and all the accused are exempted from attending court hearing date, if u miss attendance at police station it won't affect and it will not violate u r bail conditions, but as precautionary just call the police station and tell them the situation..

You are already having phone number of the IO, speak to him / her and inform the situation with an assurance for reporting him / her at the earliest instance after relaxation/ lifting the lockdwon orders.

Meanwhile you may send someone from your family to the IO/ SHO with an application to explain the situation .

What is the case and why / when were you granted bail ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged by you ?
