Dear experts,
i had got anticipatory bail in false 498a case
the court orders that
accused shall execute a bond of rs 25000
with two solvent sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned
Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court,
My problem is that i have no land and land tax reciepts and i cannot get this from anyone
but i have 50000 thousand rupess in my hand and and i have two friends for bail
what should i do?
did court accept the bail bond amount as cash security?
i am ready to give fifty thousand to court as bail bond
