Bail after Chargesheet Sec498A/502/406

I and my family were charged in a 498A case last year I took regular bail and my parents took Arrest Stay from High Court UP. Now the chargesheet is filed and we have been summoned by the CJM court concerned. I am on regular bail but my parents are on stay arrest that would lapse on the day we appear before Trial court so would we need to apply bail on appearence on first date (date of Summons).

What are the chances of getting bail for my family members on appearence.....
