Saas sasur agar bahu ko apni person property pe hissa na dena chahe to kiya bahu kanoon koi case kar sakti hai?

No, daughter in law can not claim any share in the property owned by father in law.

Neither own children or other relatives can claim self-acquired property of parents and with ignorance, they may use it as a threat.  In case of an individual issue, contact a local advocate and make prior arrangements for inheritance.

If it is ancestral property ,if her husband is not alive she can claim on her husband's share along with her children's .

A daughter-in-law cannot force (legally) to have share in her parental self-acquired property.
